Good Afternoon, today has been a busy day in Il Localino, first of all I was checking the recipes and the ingredients also calculating prices, after that the morning was quite quiet we had few tables, and everything went really good. When we finished we went to Born2Ride to give some stuff and after home to take a rest before the hectic evening. At 5pm we had dinner and the evening started quiet, but little by little started to be busy, and finally, full restaurant, and the best part of it, people happy and enjoying their dinner. I finished a little bit early because yesterday I worked a lot, so at 10pm I am in the bed ready to sleep!
I get tired very fast, maybe because the altitude here is higher, and this makes me feel tired! haha

Big big wierd bird/Un pajarraco grande
Buenas tardes, hoy ha sido un día bastante movido en el restaurante, primero de todo he estado revisando los precios de los platos y de los menús, y un poco más tarde ha empezado a venir gente para comer (hacia las 11.30!!) Aunque el turno ha sido muy tranquilito, cuando hemos acabado hemos ido a la tienda de Motos ha dejar algunas cosas y luego un ratito en casa antes de volver al restaurante. A las 5 hemos cenado (el Risotto que veis en la foto mmmmmm) un poco más tarde se ha empezado a llenar el restaurante, y de repente, restaurante lleno, no hay más mesas, vuelvan pronto. A las 9 he vuelto a casa, hoy me tocaba acabar un poco antes, ya que ayer fue un día muy largo! Y ahora a las 10, ya en la cama y a dormir!
Creo que noto más el cansancio porque como estamos muchos metros respecto el nivel del mar... o eso me han dicho jajaja
